A Bit of Valentine Love!

"Do not think that L♥ve, in order to be genuine,
has to be extraordinary.
What we need is to L♥ve without getting tired."
Mother Teresa

During this week of Valentines, I want to concentrate on things of L♥VE!

So for Met Monday I decided to post our ‘before and after’ of our family room mantel decor.
Please visit
Susan for more Met Monday Photos.

For the first time in three years, we will have eight of our grandchildren coming for the annual Valentines Party! Six have been living in the Washington DC area and then this summer Four of them moved into driving distance of Salt Lake City! There is nothing like adding a bit of romance to warm your hearts during the cold days of winter. So everything will be ready when our little sweethearts arrive.

Now our mantle is finished!

♥♥♥

It is time for some
ROMANCE FOOD for My MAIN sweetheart.

Seriously these were so GOOD!

My niece made buttercreme Chocolate frosting. She swirled it on the top, then she added the chocolate dipped strawberry and drizzled the whole

scrumptious cupcake in white chocolate. Double YUM!

Three were NOT enough! I will be making more these to share with 'My Valentine'!

Please remember to visit Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for more Metemorphosis Monday Pictures! Thank you Susan, for holding this fun weekly event!

Your mantle looks great decked out for Valentine's Day! I left some garland and lights ontop of my piano since I like the soft lights at night time. I should go dig around my basement and see if I can come up with anything red to spice it up a little.
